Heart & Home Companion Care provides non-medical companion care and personal support services. Services are not a substitute for medical care, skilled nursing, emergency services, or professional medical advice.

Service Agreement

All services are subject to a separate service agreement between Heart & Home Companion Care and the client or their authorized representative.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies and notice requirements will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

Payment

Payment terms, rates, and billing schedules will be discussed during your consultation and outlined in your service agreement.

Emergency Disclaimer

Heart & Home Companion Care is not an emergency service. For a medical emergency, call 911.

Non-Medical Disclaimer

Heart & Home Companion Care provides non-medical companion care and personal support services. It does not provide medical treatment, skilled nursing, medication administration, injections, wound care, or other skilled medical services.
